The hotel was in a great and absolutely perfect location, walking distance to a market and shops. All the staffs were fantastic and absolutely amazing. Apartment was with a kitchenette and a lounge.

The personnel was flexible, doing their best to assist. The venue was in a very central location near restaurants on Sheilds St, all the attractions in Cairns city and shopping centre and restaurants.

Nothing not to love!

I had a lovely stay at Mid City Luxury Suites for 8 nights in this well-maintained property, which I really appreciated. the location is fantastic, as it's just a short distance from the shopping centre and the railway station. there are plenty of shops nearby for self-catering, making it very convenient. it was a pleasant and quiet place to relax.

The friendly and efficient staff at this place really made my stay enjoyable.

The room was airy and reasonably large, providing a comfortable atmosphere for our stay. the hotel's location is fantastic, as it’s conveniently close to attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. We also appreciated being near the jetty and railway station, as it added to the convenience of our visit. it was just a short walk to the main shopping mall. it was a great base for our Cairns adventure!

This hotel is well-run and conveniently located near a variety of shops, movies, and restaurants on Shields St the staff is amicable, and guests appreciate the excellent location close to a large shopping center with two supermarkets. There is also easy access to a garage for parking.

I loved the central location. Easy stroll to everything I needed. Perfect for a single gal like me, though the sofa bed was less than ideal—I'm not exactly a floor-sleeper! the nearby shopping centre was handy for snacks during my adventures. I spent days exploring the rainforest and evenings by the lagoon, but I could do without the nightly symphony of moving furniture overhead. the hosts were nice, but I'd have preferred a chatty Italian friend instead.

The location of this hotel is perfect! It's just across the road from a shopping centre, making it super convenient for me to go shopping whenever I wanted. Not to mention, it's also right opposite the train station, which made it really easy for me to explore the city. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests I had. The amenities in the room were great too, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. This was especially useful for my long stay, as I didn't have to worry about finding a laundromat. I had a fantastic experience here and I can't wait to come back in the future!

The location was convenient, just across the street from a major shopping mall. It was also close to attractions in the city. Our apartment had a kitchen and laundry facilities, making our long stay comfortable.

There were stairs to negotiate, which was inconvenient for us after a long day touring the Gulf. In hindsight, we should have booked somewhere closer to the Esplanade.

The location was fantastic! Within walking distance to the shopping centre, restaurants, and attractions. the manager was helpful and the hotel had all we needed for a comfortable stay. We greatly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back.

That the rooms seemed a bit tired and in need of a thorough clean and upgrade. the couch was uncomfortable, and there were some maintenance issues like a noisy fan in the bathroom.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the convenient location of this hotel, as it was within walking distance to a shopping center and provided a safe place for us to park our car. The manager was very helpful and understanding, and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, making us feel at home during our stay.

We did experience some negative aspects during our stay. some of the tap fittings in the room were in need of replacement.

It was also well equipped with a modern kitchen and laundry appliances which was really convenient.

The noise level was terrible! We could hear the chairs and tables being moved on the floor in the above rooms making it hard to relax.
